Dad Of Missing Oregon Boy Believes Stepmom Involved

Court documents released Thursday revealed that not only does Kaine Horman believe that his soon to be ex wife was involved in the disappearance of his son, but also that the police gave him enough probable cause to believe it. It also noted that the police told Kaine of a murder for hire plot against him after his wife, Terri Horman tried to hire her landscaper to kill him.

The court released the restraining order after the District Attorney stated that releasing the information would not jeopardize the investigation to find Kyron Horman. The document is a restraining order filed by Kaine Horman, father of missing 7 year old Kyron Horman. The restraining order is part of a divorce proceeding for Kaine and Kyron's stepmother, Terri Horman.

Terri has not been named a suspect in the disappearance of Kyron Horman, but because she was the last to see him on Friday June 4, 2010 and because she has behaved oddly online sleuths targeted her from the beginning. Every day has revealed more information which all seems to point to Terri Horman.

Terri believed that if her stepson went missing at school when it was in session and she was not there it would be the perfect alibi. She wasn't counting on her guilty face, Facebook remarks and hitting the gym to uncover her secret.

Behind the scenes it is believed that the police discovered that her cell phone pinged on Sauvie Island the day that Kyron disappeared, but Terri did not tell the police that she went to Sauvie Island that day. She was also not counting on taking two polygraphs, which police have leaked out were failed and showed she was being deceptive.

Kyron is still missing although everyone is still hoping and praying that he is still alive.

Now that it has been made public that the father and the police believe that she is involved, may be she will come forward with the information needed to find Kyron Horman.

Kyron's Stepmom Terri Moulton Horman 12 Days Without Daughter

Terri Moulton Horman's stepson, Kyron Horman went missing on June 4, 2010, over a month ago. Terri's daughter, Kiara was taken away from Terri by her Dad, Kaine Horman through a restraining order. Twelve days have passed and Terri still has not done anything to get her daughter back and she is not cooperating with investigators to find Kyron Horman.

If Terri Moulton Horman is not fighting the restraining order, she must realize that there is enough evidence to keep her daughter away from her. This is very unusual. People usually fight restraining orders keeping them away from their children even if they are guilty of other crimes.

If Terri did dispute the Temporary Restraining Order, there would be a hearing within five days.

Terri who originally was thought to be a devoted mother and stepmother, is now under the spot light due to her strange behavior after her stepson went missing, her refusal to fully cooperate with investigators and because she was the last person to see Kyron before he went missing.

God please help Terri to do the right thing and bring home Kyron Horman.

What I Would Do If I Was Terri Moulton Horman

If I was Terri Moulton Horman, I would not be hiding out in my house waiting for authorities to arrest me and drag my name through the mud.

If I was innocent and not involved in the disappearance of Kyron Horman, I would say so publicly. Whether my attorney advised me so or not, I would say "I had nothing to do with the disappearance of my stepson, Kyron Horman. I loved him very much and miss him dearly." Short and sweet, that is all that needs to be said. Whether or not people believe it does not matter. Right now, Terri's silence speaks volumes.

If I was guilty or involved in the disappearance of Kyron Horman I would shave my hair and walk out my back door in the middle of the night until I reached Canada because they do not have a death penalty.....no wait, I mean I would turn myself in, explain exactly what happened and why and beg for the mercy of the justice system once they knew what happened.

OPEN LETTER TO TERRI MOULTON HORMAN

Terri, this is it. You have no other choice, but to relieve Kyron's family, friends and the community of their anguish and tell the authorities where they can find Kyron. Eventually he will be found and eventually you will be punished for your involvement if you were involved.

You have caused so much pain and suffering, including the pain and suffering of your own children, James and Kiara. Show them that you are a woman with integrity and compassion. Tell the authorities where Kyron is just because it will be scary and painful for your children to grow up thinking of their brother as a missing child. The more they know about why this happened, the easier it will be for them to deal with. The unknowns make it painful.

The sooner that Kyron is found and justice is served, the faster your children and family will be out of the media spotlight. Start the beginning of the end of this craziness and tell the police everything that you know.

Decisions Will Be Made This Week

Multnomah County Sheriff, Dan Staton said that he will continue the investigation this week and most likely make a decision on the next step by the end of the week. It looks like they may be focusing on an arrest if they can get all of their evidence in order.

Although there have been several small breaks in the case, such as Kaine Horman (Kyron's Father) filing for a restraining order barring Terri Horman from her kids and the revelation that she may have tried to hire a hit man to have Kaine killed, police are still waiting for a bigger break in the case.

Terri, help investigators bring Kyron home now!

An Amber Alert was issued based on the statements of her 5 year old brother who was the only witness to the crime.

The police believe the suspect is a white male in his twenties.

The abduction occurred in the town of Louisiana, Missouri just as the girls mother stepped inside to fix a meal. Neighbors and family members noticed a black car driving around the neighborhood multiple times earlier and thought it was suspicious.

Kyron Horman Stepmother Tried To Hire Hitman to Kill Husband

Even though there are still people that think Terri Horman is not involved in Kyron's disappearance, more and more evidence is piling up against her. As predicted, the police are slowly leaking out more and more information, hoping that the public will break the case.

Today, on this most precious holiday of freedom, we find out that Terri Moulton Horman tried to hire a hitman to kill her husband, Kaine Horman six months ago. Kaine Horman is the father of missing 7 year old, Kyron Horman.

As authorities scramble to follow all of the strange twists and turns in this case, one thing is for certain, Terri Moulton Horman is not perfect mother, stepmother and housewife that friends, neighbors and family thought she was.

Allegedly, Terri Moulton Horman hired a landscaper without her husbands knowledge. He then offered the landscaper a large amount of money to kill her husband, Kaine Horman.

It is now known that the authorities told Kaine Horman, Desiree Young and Tony Young (Kyron's mother and stepfather) about the murder for hire plot last weekend. Law enforcement then called Terri Horman in for more questioning.

Kaine Horman used the opportunity to pack his things and move out of the home that they shared, taking with him their 19 month old daughter, Kiara. When Terri Moulton Horman returned home and found that they were gone, she called 911. The 911 operator sent out officers and the call was marked as a "threats" call.

Later that evening when Kaine did not return home with Kiara, Terri called 911 again. No officers were dispatched and the call was classified as a "child custody" issue.

On the following Monday, Kaine Horman filed for divorce from Terri Moulton Horman and requested a Temporary Restraining Order keeping her away from their daughter and all of her children. Terri is also not allowed to have firearms.

The judge issued the TRO and had it sealed, keeping the information used to get the TRO private from the public.

Tips from the public could be very useful in finding Kyron Horman, so the police are slowly releasing information hoping that it will break the case. Everyone is still praying for Kyron's return. The family and investigators believe that Kyron is still alive.

So far, everything keeps pointing back to Terri Moulton Horman.

Terri Moulton Horman was the last person to see Kyron Horman at approximately 8:15am on Friday, June 4, 2010 at his Skyline Elementary School in Portland, Oregon.

Terri Moulton Horman did not alert anyone to his disappearance until 7 1/2 hours later at 3:45pm when he did not get off of the bus.

Terri Moulton Horman did not call 911 to report him missing. The elementary school reported him missing to 911.

Terri Moulton Horman told Kyron's teacher that he would be absent that day due to a doctor's appointment.

Terri Moulton Horman said that the teacher had the date wrong because she is hard of hearing.

Terri Moulton Horman has time gaps in her alibi for the day that Kyron went missing.

Terri Moulton Horman's cell phone pinged on Sauvie Island on the day that Kyron went missing, but she did not tell law enforcement that she went to the Island.

Terri Moulton Horman has been deceitful in her polygraphs taken.

Terri Moulton Horman tried to hire a landscaper to kill her husband six months ago.

Terri Moulton Horman Facebooked "hitting the gym tomorrow" just days after Kyron went missing.

Terri Moulton Horman went to the gym just days after Kyron went missing.

Terri sent her 16 year old son, James Moulton to live with her parents about six months ago. James then moved in with his biological father Ron Tarver.

The timing of the murder for hire plot and James moving in with his grandparents is undeniable. Their may be a connection between the two.

Kyron Horman Stepmother Lied To Investigators

KGW reports today that a reliable source has told them Kyron Horman's stepmother, Terri Horman, has lied to investigators. Exactly what she lied about is unknown. The source stated that Terri Horman refused to answer questions and is now not cooperating with investigators.

This information comes out just one day after Kyron's mother, Desiree Young and father Kaine Horman ask Terri in a public statement to cooperate with the investigation.

Terri Horman and her attorney have not responded to questions.

TERRI HORMAN NOT WHERE SHE SAID SHE WAS THE DAY KYRON DISAPPEARED

The source also stated that phone records showed that Terri was not where she said she was on the day that Kyron disappeared. Her cell phone pinged on Sauvie Island.

TERRI UNDER SCRUTINY

Why wouldn't Terri Horman cooperate with investigators to find Kyron Horman? Why would she lie about where she was the day Kyron disappeared?

Online newspapers, bloggers and cyber sleuths have debated the facts and made up some of their own, but here is what we do know about Terri Moulton Horman:

1. Terri Moulton Horman was the last person to see Kyron Horman on the day he disappeared.

2. He was last seen at 8:15am and not reported missing until 3:45pm, giving the perpetrator seven and a half hours before police were called.

3. Terri Moulton Horman did not call 911, the school called 911.

4. Terri has not spoken publicly to ask for the return of her stepson Kyron Horman.

5. Terri Facebooked "hitting the gym tomorrow".

6. Terri actually went to the gym just days after Kyron went missing and when confronted by reporters, refused to talk to them.

7. Terri has lied to investigators.

8. Terri has lied about her whereabouts on the day Kyron went missing.

9. Terri's 16 year old son was at Boy Scout camp when Kyron went missing.

10. Terri left her 18 month old daughter at a friend's house the day Kyron went missing even though she did not have something specific to do.

All of these points are suspicious to law enforcement.

1. Terri Moulton Horman was the last person to see Kyron Horman on the day he disappeared.
The police know that the last person to see a missing person is a suspect until cleared.

2. He was last seen at 8:15am and not reported missing until 3:45pm, giving the perpetrator seven and a half hours before police were called.
Gina Zimmerman, the president of the PTA stated that she saw Terri and Kyron at 8:15am. It is always suspicious to police when there is a long delay when reporting a child missing. Terri made sure that Kyron's disappearance was not noticed earlier by telling her teacher that he had a doctor appointment. She then told police that the teacher was hard of hearing and that the appointment was for the following Friday. Was there even an appointment?

3. Terri Moulton Horman did not call 911, the school called 911.
It is also a clue to investigators when the parents/spouse do not call 911 when someone goes missing. Why didn't Terri call 911 herself? Wasn't she concerned about Kyron being missing.

4. Terri has not spoken publicly to ask for the return of her stepson Kyron Horman.
The media is the best friend of parents of a missing child. They can get the word out faster than anyone. The media can also keep the child's name in the news as long as they want. Some parents have to fight to get the media to cover their story. Why wouldn't Terri want Kyron's case to get as much publicity as possible?

5. Terri Facebooked "hitting the gym tomorrow".
I barely have time to Facebook when I want to, I never Facebook when I am upset or depressed. I can't imagine Facebooking when my kid is missing other than to spread the word.

6. Terri actually went to the gym just days after Kyron went missing and when confronted by reporters, refused to talk to them.
The police know that when a child is missing, the parents can barely get up off of the couch. They know that people that are stressed out and upset cannot work out.

7. Terri has lied to investigators.
Big red flag!

8. Terri has lied about her whereabouts on the day Kyron went missing.
Why would Terri Moulton Horman lie to investigators about her location on the day Kyron went missing?

9. Terri's 16 year old son was at Boy Scout camp when Kyron went missing.
Conveniently, Terri's other two biological children were not with her on the day Kyron went missing. Also, her 16 year old son James was sent to live with his grandparents in March because he was getting into trouble and having a difficult time at school. Why was James sent to live elsewhere?

10. Terri left her 18 month old daughter at a friend's house the day Kyron went missing even though she did not have something specific to do.
Who leaves their 18 month old with friends unless they have an appointment or something that they need to do without a small child?

Terri Horman, God help you if you are guilty of harming this beautiful little boy.

CHILD MOLESTATION THEORY

It is still the theory in this camp that Terri Moulton Horman had been such a good stepmother for so long that no one would guess that she would kill Kyron. This is my current working theory and it is just my opinion.

Something happened that made her desire to protect her own children from shame and embarrassment more than her desire to protect Kyron. She had to get rid of Kyron to keep him from telling a dark family secret. We may never know exactly what happened.

We do know from court records, that Kaine Horman's brother, Kristian Horman is currently in jail for child molestation. During his investigation, he told police that he was molested as a child by his grandfather. May be Terri Moulton Horman did not know that she married into a family with child molesters.

Is it possible that Terri's biological son was molested and then in turn molested Kyron? Is it possible that Kyron saw his brother being molested? Is it possible that Kyron witnessed his older brother molesting his younger sister or someone else?

All of these are possible, but we do not know yet if they are true. However, if one of these scenarios occurred, it would give Terri Moulton Horman a reason to get rid of her stepson Kyron Horman.

PREMEDIATION

Clearly, if Terri is guilty, it is premeditated. She did not just snap or punish him too harshly ending in his death. She purposely planned to lie to the teacher about Kyron's appointment. She took him to a public place so that she had an alibi. He put a CSI T-shirt on Kyron, letting us all know that she knows all about crime scene investigations. (On an unrelated note, who let's their 7 year old watch CSI? Isn't that PG -13?

She thought she would get away with it because who would suspect her. She had been a dutiful stepmother for many years. She left him in the safety of his school. She has no motive that anyone knew about.

She wasn't planning on the fact that just her posture and demeanor gives away her guilt. She wasn't planning on the police finding her cell phone pings on Sauvie Island. She probably did not realize that cell phones ping even when they are turned off. She didn't know how difficult it would be to act like a normal grieving parent when she was actually the guilty one.

She wasn't planning on the fact that police would tell her husband about what they knew. Terri Moulton Horman had no idea that her husband would leave her, file for divorce and get a Temporary Restraining Order against her that would keep her away from her 18 month old daughter, Kiara and her 16 year old son, James. She is also not allowed to have firearms.

If I was innocent and my 18 month old daughter was taken from me, I would immediately hire a family law attorney, go before a judge and tell the judge that I am completely innocent, that I am a good mother and that I want my daughter back because their is no reason to keep her from me.

That is not what Terri Horman did. Terri Horman hired a criminal defense attorney and she has not filed a dispute to the TRO. If she did file a dispute to the Temporary Restraining Order, a hearing would be held within five days.

God Bless You Kyron Horman!

Kyron Horman's Family Statement

Kyron's father, Kaine Horman and mother and stepfather, Desiree and Tony Young issued the following statement today:

Family statement
"Kyron is still alive. We would like all of you, everyone, to continue to get his face out there, to continue looking for him in your day-to-day activities. We pray each day for Kyron. We are working with investigators daily to bring Kyron home. We are extremely confident in how the investigation is going to bring him home to us. We implore Terri Horman to fully cooperate with investigators to bring Kyron home."

Waiting to Hear From Kyron Hormon's Parents at the Latest Press Conference

Well wishers and loved ones are waiting to hear from Kyron Horman's parents. Kyron is missing from his Portland, Oregon elementary school. The evidence in the case has not been shared with the public, but recent events are leading people to speculate that Terri Moulton Horman may be involved in the disappearance of her seven year old stepson.

Kyron Horman's biological parents, Kaine Horman and Desiree Young are taking questions from the press today. They will be releasing their answers any moment now.

Originally supportive of his wife, Kaine Horman has since moved out of the home he shared with Terri Horman, Kyron Horman and Kiara Horman to an undisclosed location and filed for a divorce from Moulton Horman along with a restraining order keeping her away from her children and firearms.

It is speculated that a police briefing prompted Kaine Horman to take his 19 month old daughter and leave Terri Moulton Horman.

Since very few solid clues are known by the public, they cling to every small piece of information that comes out about the case.

Today, Terri Moulton Horman hired a criminal defense attorney, which left everyone wondering why she did not hire a family law attorney and fight the Temporary restraining order. As soon as she disputes the TRO a hearing must be held within five days. This allegedly dedicated mother has yet to dispute the Temporary Restraining Order.

Her aloof appearance, casual quips on Facebooks such as "hitting the gym today" and the fact that she was the last person to see Kyron Horman has given the public speculation. Could this seemingly dedicated mother of three, who raised Kyron since he was a baby, actually be capable of causing him harm.

There are some cyber sleuthers who cannot believe she would have anything to do with Kyron's disappearance due to her squeaky clean reputation and past, but her actions have lead many to believe that she is involved and it is her psychotic personality that allows her to behave normally each day.

Some online cyber sleuths have quite an imagination and have speculated about neighbors and family members of the Portland family even though there is no evidence to back up their notions. The police have indicated that they do not believe anyone else is in danger, which leads everyone to believe that they know who is responsible and they have their eye on them.

Who could be on Facebook while they have a missing child?

Terri, please tell the truth so that Kyron can be found.
