Court documents released Thursday revealed that not only does Kaine Horman believe that his soon to be ex wife was involved in the disappearance of his son, but also that the police gave him enough probable cause to believe it. It also noted that the police told Kaine of a murder for hire plot against him after his wife, Terri Horman tried to hire her landscaper to kill him.
The court released the restraining order after the District Attorney stated that releasing the information would not jeopardize the investigation to find Kyron Horman. The document is a restraining order filed by Kaine Horman, father of missing 7 year old Kyron Horman. The restraining order is part of a divorce proceeding for Kaine and Kyron's stepmother, Terri Horman.
Terri has not been named a suspect in the disappearance of Kyron Horman, but because she was the last to see him on Friday June 4, 2010 and because she has behaved oddly online sleuths targeted her from the beginning. Every day has revealed more information which all seems to point to Terri Horman.
Terri believed that if her stepson went missing at school when it was in session and she was not there it would be the perfect alibi. She wasn't counting on her guilty face, Facebook remarks and hitting the gym to uncover her secret.
Behind the scenes it is believed that the police discovered that her cell phone pinged on Sauvie Island the day that Kyron disappeared, but Terri did not tell the police that she went to Sauvie Island that day. She was also not counting on taking two polygraphs, which police have leaked out were failed and showed she was being deceptive.
Kyron is still missing although everyone is still hoping and praying that he is still alive.
Now that it has been made public that the father and the police believe that she is involved, may be she will come forward with the information needed to find Kyron Horman.

What I Would Do If I Was Terri Moulton Horman
If I was Terri Moulton Horman, I would not be hiding out in my house waiting for authorities to arrest me and drag my name through the mud.
If I was innocent and not involved in the disappearance of Kyron Horman, I would say so publicly. Whether my attorney advised me so or not, I would say "I had nothing to do with the disappearance of my stepson, Kyron Horman. I loved him very much and miss him dearly." Short and sweet, that is all that needs to be said. Whether or not people believe it does not matter. Right now, Terri's silence speaks volumes.
If I was guilty or involved in the disappearance of Kyron Horman I would shave my hair and walk out my back door in the middle of the night until I reached Canada because they do not have a death penalty.....no wait, I mean I would turn myself in, explain exactly what happened and why and beg for the mercy of the justice system once they knew what happened.
OPEN LETTER TO TERRI MOULTON HORMAN
Terri, this is it. You have no other choice, but to relieve Kyron's family, friends and the community of their anguish and tell the authorities where they can find Kyron. Eventually he will be found and eventually you will be punished for your involvement if you were involved.
You have caused so much pain and suffering, including the pain and suffering of your own children, James and Kiara. Show them that you are a woman with integrity and compassion. Tell the authorities where Kyron is just because it will be scary and painful for your children to grow up thinking of their brother as a missing child. The more they know about why this happened, the easier it will be for them to deal with. The unknowns make it painful.
The sooner that Kyron is found and justice is served, the faster your children and family will be out of the media spotlight. Start the beginning of the end of this craziness and tell the police everything that you know.
Decisions Will Be Made This Week
Multnomah County Sheriff, Dan Staton said that he will continue the investigation this week and most likely make a decision on the next step by the end of the week. It looks like they may be focusing on an arrest if they can get all of their evidence in order.
Although there have been several small breaks in the case, such as Kaine Horman (Kyron's Father) filing for a restraining order barring Terri Horman from her kids and the revelation that she may have tried to hire a hit man to have Kaine killed, police are still waiting for a bigger break in the case.
Terri, help investigators bring Kyron home now!

Amber Alert Issued For 4 Year Old Missouri Girl Taken From Yard
4 Year old Alisa Maier was taken from her front yard this morning and drove away in a black sedan by a man. She was playing outside with her five year old brother when the abduction occurred. An Amber Alert was issued based on the statements of her 5 year old brother who was the only witness to the crime.
The police believe the suspect is a white male in his twenties.
The abduction occurred in the town of Louisiana, Missouri just as the girls mother stepped inside to fix a meal. Neighbors and family members noticed a black car driving around the neighborhood multiple times earlier and thought it was suspicious.
